PVC Foam Board is a kind of new environmental protection material. The main raw material is polyvinyl chloride. Perfect Honeycomb Structure makes the sheets with characteristics of lightweight, high-strength, fire-retardant, sound-insulation, damp-proof, thermal-insulation, waterproof, corrosion resistance and long service life. And they can be nailed, drilled, dug, chiseled, riveted, and pasted. Not only do they have the wood’s processability, but also be easy to be reworked, and thermal forming as well. The sheets are also good-looking and colorful. The surface can be coated, painted, and sprayed.

Panel Surface: smooth and flat, no obvious mechanical texture, no color difference on the surface, no stain on the surface, no obvious pits, no needle holes, no thick holes, no cracks.

Side edge: smooth incision, fine pores, no needle holes, no thick holes, no terrible powder loss, no bee holes.

Thickness measurement: when the caliper is placed on the surface, the contact is close and seamless. The thickness of the left and right sides is even.

Weight algorithm: weight (g) = length * width * thickness (cm) * density,

Density algorithm: density = weight (g)/length * width * thickness (cm).

The standard size of PVC Foam Board is 2440*1220mm. The thickness range is 3-25mm, and the density range is 0.4-0.9g/cm³.

Furniture Industry: the thickness range is basically 12-18mm; the density range is 0.55-0.65g/cm³;

Transportation Industry: the thickness range is basically 8-25mm; the density range is 0.45-0.65g/cm³;

Advertising Industry: the thickness range is basically 3-8mm; the density range is 0.4-0.5g/cm³;

Architectural Industry: the thickness range is basically 15-18mm; the density range is 0.55-0.7g/cm3;

For different thickness and density, the quantity is different. But the weight is 10 tons/24h. You can calculate the pieces based on the thickness and density you need.

The payment term is 30% T/T in advance and the balance 70% T/T before delivery.

The delivery time is based on the quantity you need. For example, for one 40’ HQ container, we need 10 days from production and packing to delivery.

We usually pack them by pallets and have protective carton at the top to protect the first board. We will adjust the package solutions to meet the container loading plan. If you need more package details, please ask the sales to get pictures and they will design the container loading solution for you.
